On July 23rd, Ningshing Holdings conducted its 2024 semi-annual business meeting. Over 20 senior executives were in attendance, including the leadership of the Ningshing Holdings, chairman, general managers of each subsidiary, and department heads from the headquarters. The meeting was presided over by Mrs Gao Ping, vice chairman and party secretary of the company.

Firstly, the meeting commenced with a study session dedicated to the Party Committee of Ningshing Holdings. Mrs.Gao Ping read the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization” issued by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.She emphasized the importance for all companies and party organizations at all levels to earnestly study and comprehend the spirit of the plenary session, urged them to recognize the general trend, seize opportunities, and seek development. 

According to the annual task objectives and requirements, the senior executives briefly reported their business performance in the first half of the year. They identified the problems, analyzed the current situation and put forward the work plan and implementation measures for the next half of the year.

Chairman Wu Yigang addressed the meeting, noting the tough market conditions characterized by a marked slowdown or even a serious decline in growth rates across various industries. Despite these challenges, he praised the companies for enhancing their professional operations, proactively expanding their market coverage, and implementing various strategies to stabilize their business operations, resulting in work that was both notable and distinctive. He then outlined the key focus areas for the upcoming period. 

In anticipation of the difficulties and challenges in the second half of the year, he encouraged the companies to bolster their confidence,  to further strengthen professional operations within the framework of corporate governance, to fully engage in market expansion, to enhance liquidity management and risk prevention and control, to persist in innovative research and development, to advance the development of digitalization and intelligence, to reinforce production safety, and to deepen strategic cooperation for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. 

Chairman Wu called upon management teams at all levels to give full play to the exemplary, and contribute to the realization of Ningshing Holding's annual goal.
