In order to promote the construction of the company's reserve cadres and speed up the training of outstanding young staff, Ningshing held the second special training class for the promising staff. The 36 trainees who participated in this special training course were all outstanding young and middle-aged key staff selected by various companies and departments and approved by the company.
The opening ceremony was held in the training room of the Ningbo Enterprise Association Building on October 28th. Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. She emphasized that under the background of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the training course reflected the company's great attention to the construction of reserve cadres and the urgency of cultivating talents. She asked all participants to cherish this valuable opportunity.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Dai Lei, the representative of the first special training course and Deputy General Manager of Ningshing Trading Group, shared his experience of efficient study and work in combination with his own growth in Ningshing. Ms. Yu Yan, the representative and monitor of this term course made a statement. She stated that all the students were grateful for the cultivation of the company, and would cherish the learning opportunity, strive to grow into an excellent Ningshinger, and help the company develop efficiently.
Three days of concentrated teaching and learning were scheduled for this special training course. Management general knowledge and literacy improvement, leadership training, efficient communication, financial management, and risk control were among the courses taught in the special course. All the courses were highly theme focused and practical. At the same time, the Ningshing Management Lecture Hall was specially held. Two outstanding managers who were trained and grown in Ningshing were invited: Ms. Shi Chenjia, Vice President of Ningshing Holdings and General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, and Mr. Yan Jianbin, General Manager of Ningshing Precision Machinery Group, to talk about their struggle and growth experiences in Ningshing and share their management experience.
The three-day intensive training was rich in content and compact in arrangements. All the participants improved their management skills and had a new way of thinking pattern and ideas to improve the overall management practice. They also realized their own gaps and deficiencies in theoretical literacy, work level and ideas, and all said that they should digest and absorb what they have learned, and play a more active role in future work.
