On March 31st, Ms. Tang Jiandong, Chairman of Ningbo Finance & Trade Labor Union, Mr. Li Zhongming, Vice Chairman and Mr. Miao Jinxing, Director of the Audit Committee visited Ningshing Holdings. Then, she briefly introduced the company’s history of innovation and development with professional diversification as its business pattern for many years. The company has always attached great importance to the work carried out by the Communist Youth League. It took the concepts like "employees are the most valuable assets of enterprises", "Party building is also productivity", emphasizing that the enterprise and its employees should grow and develop together as an important part of its corporate culture. Ms. Gao also highlighted the company's efforts in caring for the employees' growth, carrying out innovative activities, safeguarding the employees' legitimate rights and interests, and improving their welfare. She also said that the company will continue to do a good job in trade union work, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and help the steady development of enterprises. During the visit period, Ms. Gao led the Officials to visit Ningshing Holding Development and Party Building Culture Exhibition Hall, intuitively feel the corporate culture of the company.
Ms. Tang spoke highly of Ningshing Holdings' struggle course and business achievements for more than 20 years. She fully affirmed the achievements made by the deep integration of the company's party work group, corporate culture construction, employee growth, etc. After that, Ms. Tang discussed how to organize employee vocational skills competitions, apply for innovative workshops of model workers and elaborate collective consultation with Ms. Gao, and reached a preliminary intention about the discussion.
