On July 15th, the Ningshing Joint Semi-Annual Meeting of 2021 was held in Ningbo Delson Green World Golf Club. More than 70 members including Chairman Mr. Wu Yigang, Vice Chairman Ms. Gao Ping, President Mr. Huang Yongzeng and other leaders from the subsidiaries and headquarters attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided by Executive Vice President Tan Zhengguo. The participating members reported the operation in the first half of the year, summed up the work, identified the problems, analyzed the situation and exchanged the experiences. They also put forward the work plan and implementation measures for the next half of the year according to the problems and difficulties existing in their respective works.
Vice President Yang Xiaojun, analyzed the operating situation from four aspects and put forward four requirements as to adhere to the combination of liquidity and efficiency, to the process control, to the overall planning of capital and resources, and to the concept of exchange rate risk neutrality.
President Huang Yongzeng made a semi-annual work report entitled "Sticking to the Goal, Highlighting the Key Points, and Struggling to Move Forward", which summarized the overall business performance in the first half of the year about the domestic and foreign trade business operation, key project promotion, research and development technology achievements, operational liquidity improvement and function construction, not only affirmed the achievements but also analyzed the problems. He shared the changes and trends of foreign trade exports, cross-border e-commerce, commodity prices, monetary policy and RMB exchange rate in the second half of the year, he also put forward the tasks and requirements for the next half of the year, emphasized that all the Ningshing members should focus on the annual goals, strengthen the research and judgment of industrial situation, speed up the progress of key projects, strengthen functional management, and spare no effort to achieve the annual goals.
Ms. Gao Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee and vice Chairman, put forward the requirements of party building and corporate culture construction of the company: all management team leaders should give full play to the leading role of party building and corporate culture, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of party members and cadres and all employees, and concentrate on promoting the high-quality development of the company.

At last, Chairman Wu Yigang made a speech entitled "Seize the opportunity, focus on the key points and strengthen the breakthrough", he affirmed the stable and good business situation in the first half of the year, and put forward seven requirements for the work in the next half of the year: to enhance the sense of urgency and take the initiative to attack and seize opportunities; to strengthen the strategic landing and ensure that the annual goals will fully realized; to intensify efforts to focus on key points and strive to achieve breakthrough results; to drive the high-quality development with scientific and technological innovation; to strengthen the awareness of the overall situation, strengthen group coordination, and unite development synergies; to keep the bottom line and ensure safe and stable operation; and to carry forward entrepreneurship and strengthen the construction of management team. Mr. Wu also asked the management teams at all levels to do their best, keep a close eye on the target, speed up running, focus on key tasks, concentrate on innovation and transformation, and make Ningshing more professional, stronger and bigger.
